Welcome to the SCHA-MI Advocacy Day Registration!

What to expect: All advocates will have the opportunity to meet with legislators or legislative staff where you will participate in discussions, share stories, and work collectively to ensure our message of health care for all Michigan youth remains strong. We are looking forward to using our collective voices on behalf of young people in MI.

Location: Anderson House office Building (HOB) Mackinac Room (124 N. Capitol Ave. Lansing, MI 48933) 

Advocacy Day Map

Time: 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. 

Dress: Business Casual (wear comfortable shoes!) 

We need your voices to be heard and remembered! Important policy modifications may be made this year to Medicaid and other policies that affect young people. Don’t forget to bring a CAC member or YAC member, as family, community and youth voices are incredibly important. Truly, your voices can make an impact. 

If you are bringing youth, please have their parent or guardian fill out the media release form.

Inclement weather notice: An email notice will be sent out through the registration platform if we need to cancel for weather. We will send notice no later than 6am the day of the event.
