Conference Registration (per day):

• Non-Members: $200 per day
• Members: $100 per day

Pre-Conference Retreat:

• $50 (optional add-on)

Continuing Education Credits

Continuing education credits will be applied for and are available for an additional fee:

• CME (Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Physician Assistants): $150
• Social Work Credits: $50
• CHES Credits: $50

Accommodations

Convenient lodging is available at the Candlewood Suites, attached to the Henry Center, with rates ranging from $100–$150 per night—making your stay both easy and affordable. Room Block Ends May 18th!
